Prepare initial tech packs for pricing and fit sample approval
Familiar with children's apparel safety standards and regulations
Skilled in grading and creating graded specifications
Monitor timelines to ensure all milestones are achieved on schedule
Manage and monitor sample progress while maintaining an organized sample archive
Collaborate effectively with teams across design, merchandising, production, and sales
Qualification
Required
4+ years working in technical design
In-depth knowledge of garment construction, pattern drafting, manufacturing methods, and textiles
Proficient in using PLM software and advanced Excel skills
Detail-oriented, quick to adapt, and eager to learn
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, working effectively with teams
Experienced in managing tasks within a dynamic, fast-moving environment
Bachelor's degree in Technical Design or Fashion Design
