Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot
Build and integrate RESTful APIs for large-scale systems
Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Participate in on-call rotations , troubleshooting and resolving production issues
Perform code reviews and provide guidance to other engineers
Drive continuous improvement in performance, scalability, and reliability
Qualification
Required
4+ years of professional software engineering experience (Senior-level preferred)
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or similar)
Working knowledge of JavaScript (React exposure is a plus)
Experience supporting production systems
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred)
Preferred
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to frontend frameworks (React)
Familiarity with modern cloud-native architectures
Interest in using AI-powered development tools
