They are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for a summer internship position on their HR team, providing hands-on experience in HR operations and assisting in the execution of HR processes, policies, and programs.

Responsibilities

Assist in the Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Orientation Processes following all Federal, Local and Company requirements

Analyze current new hire onboarding procedures and identify areas for improvement

Develop and implement best practices and procedures to enhance the workflow of new hires integrating into ProAmpac

Organize, maintain and update employee files including HRIS systems

Provide administrative support to various HR functions such as auditing, employee relations, and performance management

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and special projects as assigned

Required

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess processes and propose efficient solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
