Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, including managing analysts and associates throughout the deal lifecycle

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic advice and maintaining strong long-term relationships

Oversee financial modeling, valuation analyses, marketing materials, and due diligence processes

Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including senior bankers, legal counsel, accounting advisors, and private equity counterparts

Contribute to business development efforts, including pitch preparation, industry research, and origination support

Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture

Required

Demonstrated ability to lead complex transactions and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to interact confidently with senior executives

Bachelor's degree required
