Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate CI initiatives to improve manufacturing processes, quality, and efficiency
Analyze current production workflows and identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices
Conduct time studies, root cause analyses, and problem-solving sessions to drive efficiency and cost reduction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain, to implement process improvements
Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on CI methodologies, tools, and best practices
Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvements and report findings to leadership
Support the implementation of automation and new technology to enhance productivity and safety
Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and other structured improvement activities
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while implementing CI projects
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by engaging employees at all levels and fostering a problem-solving mindset
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, and root cause problem-solving techniques
Ability to learn and utilize CI tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, and DMAIC
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and data visualization tools
Ability to manage multiple projects and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
