Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and basic network issues
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and office peripherals
Set up and configure computers, phones, and equipment for new hires and office moves
Act as the on-site IT resource for the Yardley office and coordinate with the IT Director and vendors when needed
Track support requests and document solutions in the helpdesk system
Assist users with Microsoft 365, document management, and video conferencing tools
Follow and support firm IT security policies and best practices
Coordinate with the Atlanta IT team on updates, maintenance, and support initiatives
Provide occasional after-hours support during system updates or outages
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience
0–3 years of IT support, helpdesk, internship, or technical support experience
Working knowledge of Windows desktop, Azure, Mac OS X, and Microsoft 365
Basic understanding of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, printers, VPNs, shared drives)
Strong customer service mindset with clear and professional communication skills
Ability to stay organized, manage multiple requests, and work independently
Willingness to learn new technologies and follow established processes
Preferred
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and other SaaS
Familiarity with MacOS or iOS devices
Familiarity with MDM and onboarding
Experience in a professional legal office systems or customer-facing environment
