Senior Information Security Administrator, GSA

Responsibilities
Manage and respond to access requests for users across the firm
Oversee the accurate and timely completion of access requests for applications, operating systems, and maintain role based access control (RBAC)
Document and maintain procedures
Perform access reviews and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks and violations
Produce regular reporting for management and various oversight functions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for user access and entitlements
Ensure GSA governance standards are applied for account creation across the firm
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM processes with other security systems and applications
Create, modify, and terminate user accounts, roles, and entitlements in accordance with established policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
4-6 years of access management or systems administration experience as an Information Security Administrator in a financial services firm
Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts, principles, and best practices
Skilled in SQL, MS Office Suite, Privileged Access Management, and Active Directory
Proficiency in managing and provisioning entitlements within IAM platforms such as Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), SailPoint IdentityIQ, Okta Identity Cloud, CyberArk Privileged Access Security, and/or Ping Identity
Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and a self-starter
