Responsibilities
Manage and service a diversified commercial lines book of business
Partner closely with seasoned producers to support client retention and growth- some accounts do not have producers assigned
Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, policy changes, and coverage analysis
Serve as a primary client contact, delivering high-level service and responsiveness
Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely policy execution
Maintain thorough documentation and workflow management within Applied Epic
Delegate administrative tasks to shared Account Manager in office
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Manager / Account Executive experience
Applied Epic experience required- those without Applied experience need not apply
Strong knowledge of commercial P&C coverage and policy structures
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with minimal supervision
Professional communication skills and strong attention to detail
