The role involves ensuring outstanding customer service, developing account planning strategies, and collaborating with store managers to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

Ensure outstanding customer service is provided to existing customer accounts by keeping up to date with current promotions, new products, and with current customer service practices to find opportunities for growth

Develop account planning strategies, sales opportunities, accounts with growth potential, and understand existing business and the segments they serve

Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to run accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports, etc

Collaborate with store managers and employees to ensure customers' needs are met or exceeded

Facilitate and provide accurate customer quotes to achieve margin targets in alignment with pricing strategies

Required

Seeking a results-driven sales representative with experience growing underpenetrated territories, prospecting, and closing new business, and representing the company with credibility, professionalism, and integrity

High school diploma required with 3+ years of previous sales experience with stellar customer service acuity

Higher-level education degree in a business-related field

Daily travel within your assigned territory; must possess valid driver's license

Preferred

Preferred industry experience, with a successful history of Commercial Account management/sales

CRM software experience preferred, while previous coatings experience is highly sought after
