Responsibilities

Prepare and adapt artwork files for print production, including layout adjustments and minor design edits
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure artwork aligns with engineering drawings and production specs
Conduct quality checks on files before sending to print, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Provide digital proofs and manage revisions based on feedback
Maintain organized records of job status and file versions
Support prototype creation and assist in physical production when required
Maintain equipment and software used in the design and production process

Required

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in a production or pre-press role, preferably in a retail or display environment
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) on Mac OS
Strong understanding of pre-press workflows, file setup, and print production standards
Familiarity with die lines, bleeds, spot colors, resolution requirements, and font management
Experience working with large-format printers and substrates is a plus
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and translate them into accurate graphic layouts
Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset

Preferred

Experience with image retouching, compositing, or illustration is a plus
Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, and Word for project tracking and communication
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Smartsheet for workflow and project management
