Responsibilities

Functions as an individual contributor leading a product implementation team to deliver SuccessFactors product
Gathers and analyzes the clients’ business requirements and objectives
Creates and delivers high quality demonstrations and presentations
Develops system configurations to conform to client specifications and best practices
Adheres to software implementation standards and best practices
Troubleshoots and provides resolution of system issues or defects, as assigned
Completes internal tasks assigned
Assists with preparation of training materials to include teaching clients how to utilize the system
Completes demonstration set ups

Qualification

Required

Certification in SuccessFactors module
SAP ECC consulting experience
Minimum 5 years of experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and Employee Central (including Time Off) implementation
At least 2 full implementation experiences on SuccessFactors Employee Central Module
Prior experience in functional or technical consulting role
Advance knowledge of SuccessFactors product
Skilled in technology coupled with business acumen to complement system consulting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
Analytical and solutions oriented; ability to solve complex problems by providing detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations
Ability to attentively listen and effectively communicate with clients to build relationships
Ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems and optimize their solutions using existing knowledge of system functionality and best practice recommendations
Mandatory Skills: SAP SuccessFactor Employee Central
Experience: >10 YEARS

Preferred

Professional Certification in Employee Central Preferred
