Mid LevelRoyal Terberg Group is seeking a Quality Control Engineer to drive excellence across their manufacturing processes. The role involves leading quality investigations, mentoring technicians, and developing standard operating procedures while utilizing advanced inspection tools.

Responsibilities
Lead quality investigations and implement corrective actions
Mentor and support quality technicians and coordinators
Develop SOPs and manage metrology processes
Use advanced tools like CMMs and laser scanners for inspections
Deliver high-level reports and insights to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of quality methodologies (8D, A3, FMEA)
Ability to read engineering drawings and apply GD&T
Experience with metrology equipment and 3D CAD
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in a similar environment
