Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership to the branch, fostering a collaborative environment
Grow sales and profitability, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in mature markets
Develop and manage the branch budget to ensure financial targets are met and exceeded
Oversee and facilitate company training programs to onboard new team members
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring client needs and expectations are exceeded
Coach team members on a one-on-one basis regarding company programs and initiatives
Analyze sales data, create reports, and inform strategic decisions
Performs other related duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience with computerized inventory systems required
Proven experience in sales management and team leadership

Strong coaching and training abilities, with experience in company training programs
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Power BI platforms
Track record of sales growth achievements and understanding of mature markets
Outstanding customer service skills and commitment to maintaining high client satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Minimum 3 years' experience in a related position with supervision responsibilities preferred
