Responsibilities
Travel to client sites for product demonstrations, system installation, commissioning, upgrades, etc
Work with engineering teams and clients to design their optimal machines
Train customers on the products
Ensure machines are implemented correctly
Troubleshoot / provide support for any issues that arise (PLC systems, servo drives, variable-speed drives, pneumatics, HMIs, and vision systems)
Troubleshoot networking set up issues
Work with customers on any improvements they need
Qualification
Required
PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley or Siemens)
Experience with machine wiring, panel wiring, and mechanical integration
Experience with machine vision systems, Pneumatic systems, Servo systems, standalone servo drives, VFDs, HMI development/support
Some experience with working (TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, switches, managed networks)
Experience working with electrical and mechanical schematics (and control system documentation)
