Analyzing performance test results, identifying root causes, and recommending optimizations to improve system scalability and reliability
Integrating NeoLoad and Tosca testing into CI/CD pipelines
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including SAP functional, BASIS, infrastructure, and third-party system teams
Resolving complex technical issues and providing timely updates and documentation
Articulating test findings, participating in project meetings, and driving performance strategy improvements

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing using Tricentis NeoLoad, with proven track record on large-scale ERP or S/4 HANA projects
Strong experience with Tricentis Tosca for test automation, including design, execution, and maintenance of automated test cases
Ability to design and implement comprehensive performance test strategies for SAP S/4 HANA and related integrations
Skilled in creating, parameterizing, and validating performance test scripts for web, API, and SAP GUI applications
Proficient in analyzing performance test results, identifying root causes, and recommending optimizations to improve system scalability and reliability
Experienced in integrating NeoLoad and Tosca testing into CI/CD pipelines; familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar
Solid understanding of SAP business processes, modules, and performance bottlenecks in S/4 environments
Capable of collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including SAP functional, BASIS, infrastructure, and third-party system teams
Strong troubleshooting skills, able to resolve complex technical issues and provide timely updates and documentation
Excellent communication skills to articulate test findings, participate in project meetings, and drive performance strategy improvements
