Responsibilities

Responding promptly to customer inquiries through phone and email to ensure a positive customer experience
Accurately entering and processing customer orders, creating shipping labels, and tracking orders using QuickBooks and SPS Fulfillment/Webgility systems
Developing a deep understanding of medical device products to provide accurate information and support
Maintaining customer accounts by acknowledging orders, resolving shipping discrepancies, and managing returns or exchanges
Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and provide timely updates
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Proactively identifying and resolving customer issues with a problem-solving mindset
Preparing regular reports on customer service activities to support continuous improvement efforts
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Assisting other departments as needed

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments
Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs
High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Experience in the medical device industry
Proficiency in SPS Fulfillment/Webgility
Previous experience in the medical device industry

Benefits

Competitive pay starting at $23.00 per hour.
