Responsibilities
Design and build integrations to external platforms, expanding the scope of knowledge ingested into the AI system
Develop core infrastructure systems, including a Privacy/Governance engine that ensures secure handling of organizational data
Create intuitive product experiences that showcase the power of AI-driven knowledge and workflow automation
Rapidly prototype new applications of company-specific AI, from intelligent chatbots to process automation tools
Collaborate closely with other senior engineers to drive technical strategy while mentoring and inspiring peers
Qualification
Required
10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong backend development skills
Proven ability to take complex problems from concept to deployment with limited oversight
Experience at high-bar engineering environments (well-regarded tech companies or early/growth-stage startups)
Prior exposure to building privacy, governance, or security-sensitive systems is a strong plus
Motivated by the AI ecosystem and eager to work on category-defining problems
Preferred
Expertise in TypeScript (Vite is a plus) and Python
Familiarity with infrastructure technologies such as Kubernetes
Experience building with AI/LLM systems (Agents, MCPs, LLM APIs)
Background at AI-native or consumer-oriented companies
High ownership mindset with strong communication skills
