Business Development Representative
Compyl is a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS company redefining the GRC space. As a Business Development Representative, you will be the front line of our sales organization, prospecting and generating high-quality pipeline opportunities for the Account Executive team.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social to generate qualified meetings
Follow up on inbound leads and convert them to discovery calls
Maintain a consistent cadence of outreach and follow-up within defined SLAs
Collaborate with AEs to build personalized outreach strategies for key accounts
Track activity and progress in HubSpot CRM
Qualification
Required
1+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
Clear, concise communicator with strong writing and interpersonal skills
Organized and metrics-driven, with a hunger to learn and grow
High energy, coachable, and eager to contribute in a fast-growing startup environment
Preferred
Experience with prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo) is a plus
