Work closely with partners across all phases of litigated and non-litigated disputes

Pre-suit claims investigation and advice

Case evaluation and reporting

Discovery and depositions

Trial and alternative dispute resolution

Appeal

Advise international and domestic insurers in first- and third-party coverage disputes

Represent their insureds in lawsuits involving business and contractual disputes

Premises liability

Products liability

Professional errors and omissions

Trucking liability

Supervise and assist more-junior attorneys

Receive guidance and training from more-senior attorneys

Qualification

Required

3-5+ years of experience as an attorney in a law firm or clerkship

Excellent legal research and writing skills
