Responsibilities
Provide support and hospitality services to the residents and family members of John Knox Village
Provide extraordinary service, acting as a gracious and resourceful initial contact for the Resident Relations Department
Ensure day-to-day issues are resolved for residents, families, staff, and vendors
Greet and assist residents in a welcome, professional and helpful manner
Help residents coordinate many services
Determine the nature of walk-in visits and resolve any day-to-day issues to visitor satisfaction
Direct visitors with issues outside of scope of Resident Relations Social Worker, or appropriate departments
Help facilitate successful transitions of residents to different homes, ensuring proper coordination for move-in date, telephone and cable service transfer, mail forwarding, final walk through, and completion of paperwork
