Responsibilities

Execute IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols for pharmaceutical equipment and processes
Perform hands-on testing for autoclaves, parts washers, and isolator filling systems
Support equipment and process validation activities in sterile manufacturing
Execute sterilization and cleaning cycle development and qualification studies
Document test results in compliance with GMP and site procedures
Identify, document, and support resolution of deviations and test exceptions

Required

Hands-on execution of IQ/OQ/PQ in a GMP pharmaceutical environment

Experience with autoclaves, parts washers, and/or isolator filling systems
Cycle development and cycle qualification for sterilization or cleaning processes
Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements (FDA)
GMP documentation and deviation handling experience
