Responsibilities
Development of at least 2 high speed digital board from concept to production
Knowledge of 25G+ serdes operation
Knowledge of leading edge microprocessor based reference design
Having worked (design or debug) with high speed 10-25G+ optics
Experience with high speed components (FPGA/ Phy/ Retimers/ PCIe Switch/ POL) design and debug
Good lab hands-on skills, scope, analyzer, VNA
Ability to set up hardware with minimal BSP level commands
Ability to configure board components with low level diagnostics command
Knowledge of Perl/ Python/ other scripting languages with ability to write minimal set and run
General knowledge of networking hardware/ familiarity with networking equipment lingo
Good cross-functional team skills

Required
