Robert Half Technology is seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) Administrator to join a thriving enterprise. This role involves overseeing environment management, integrations, security, and performance tuning to ensure seamless ERP operations within cross-functional IT and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain all D365FO environments, ensuring uptime, performance, and security
Configure SMTP, batch jobs, workflows, and EDI integrations (TrueCommerce or similar)
Perform data refreshes across Tier 1, Tier 2+, and Production via LCS, SQL Server Management Studio, and Azure DevOps
Manage code deployments using DevOps pipelines and the LCS Asset Library
Collaborate with business teams to create Power BI dashboards and SharePoint integrations
Maintain user roles, security permissions, and BYOD entities
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while documenting changes through DevOps
Partner cross-functionally to drive process automation and compliance readiness

Required

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
2–5 years' experience administering Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX 2012)
Expertise in SQL, Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud, and Lifecycle Services (LCS)
Experience with EDI integrations (TrueCommerce or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of role-based security and data governance

Preferred

Microsoft Certifications: MB-300 and MB-500
Familiarity with X++, Power Automate, and custom reports
Functional knowledge of Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules
