Learning Solutions Architect, Contract
Wisewire is seeking a Learning Solutions Architect to help drive revenue by shaping, pricing, and closing custom learning solutions for clients. This role focuses on problem-solving and product vision, working directly with decision-makers to define learning products and move deals to closure.

Responsibilities
Partner with Business Development to help define, shape, and close learning solution deals
Contribute directly to pricing, scoping, and contract definition for custom learning products
Help translate learning solutions into clear commercial offerings that clients can say “yes” to
Support proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations
Engage confidently with decision-makers to move opportunities forward and toward close
Lead or support discovery conversations to understand client needs, constraints, and success criteria
Gather and synthesize requirements to inform solution design and pricing
Ask the right questions to uncover the real problem behind the request
Translate client challenges into learning products and solution concepts
Shape the learning product vision for custom client solutions
Apply deep understanding of how people learn to inform solution direction
Define learning approaches, modalities, and structures appropriate to the problem
Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to client realities
Inform — but do not execute — instructional design and delivery decisions
Work closely with Learning, Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure solutions are clearly defined and feasible
Provide strong handoff documentation and context once a deal is closed
Help refine Wisewire’s approach to custom learning products over time
Qualification
Required
Experience contributing to or closing revenue-generating deals, preferably involving services or custom solutions
Background in instructional design, learning products, curriculum, or learning experience design
Client-facing experience gathering requirements and shaping solutions
Comfort working with ambiguity and designing solutions without a fixed template
Strong understanding of how people learn and how learning products are designed
Ability to translate learning theory into practical, sellable solutions
Familiarity with a range of learning modalities (digital, blended, experiential, etc.)
Revenue-aware and commercially minded
Strong communicator with executive presence
Fast on your feet — able to ideate and problem-solve live with clients
Comfortable bridging learning, product vision, and sales conversations
Collaborative, pragmatic, and outcome-focused
Preferred
Experience creating or contributing to scopes, pricing, or contracts is a strong plus
Experience working with or managing learning teams is a plus (“manager of learning” mindset)
