Pax8 is a rapidly scaling Cloud Marketplace that partners with over 35,000 MSPs and 140+ software vendors. They are seeking an Account Executive for Enterprise Accounts to drive growth, manage strategic projects, and build strong relationships with enterprise partners.

Responsibilities
Drive growth in enterprise accounts by surfacing new opportunities, enabling deeper selling, and aligning to key business objectives
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales reps, vendors, and leadership to lead key initiatives across the sales floor
Build and sustain meaningful relationships with partners in your territory — both virtually and face-to-face (yep, some travel involved)
Develop persuasive proposals and sales strategies that encourage repeat business and long-term adoption
Analyze account data to identify untapped potential and work closely with leadership to expand market reach
Stay sharp and informed — tracking key trends, acquisitions, and industry shifts through platforms like ChannelE2E
Present product training and share knowledge with internal stakeholders like the Director of Enterprise Accounts
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in sales or account management, with a strong record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in the Learning Management System (LMS) space is essential
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
A knack for cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to execute prioritized projects and lead the charge
Comfortable navigating complexity — policies, processes, people
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Microsoft Certification (or the ability to obtain one within 6 months)
