Inside Sales Support and Customer Service
Corporate Ladder Search Partners, Inc. is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative in their Wholesale Division. The role involves processing customer orders, managing deliveries, and providing general sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and invoices
Scheduling of deliveries and installation with customers, project supervisors, and installation team(s)
Manage orders, deliveries, and installations for multi-family projects (local)
Manage orders, deliveries, and installations for single-family/COD ordersSchedule & monitor truck deliveries & commercial deliveries
Assist with scheduling warranty service calls and replacement parts (as needed)
Provide freight quotes (as needed)
General sales support to maintain existing and new accountsi.e., phone calls, emails, stock checks, ETA’s, etc
Daily communication with customers, delivery teams, installation teams, and sales team
Paperwork filing
Other duties as assigned
