Responsibilities

Provide ongoing, part-time support across a wide range of transactional matters

Focus on day-to-day commercial contracts, including NDAs and CDAs, MSAs and SOWs with CROs and other vendors, consulting agreements, MTAs and licensing and cell line related agreements supporting R&D and CMC functions

Explain legal risk and tradeoffs to business partners

Operate comfortably in an embedded, in-house style role

Experience with contracting systems is a plus
