Responsibilities
Conduct thorough reviews of internal systems and platforms to recommend updates or bug fixes
Facilitate Scrum processes, protect the team from external interruptions, and help remove impediments
Create comprehensive product requirements documents based on market research
Develop and maintain internal relationships with Product Owners and collaborate with cross-functional teams for product implementation
Analyze product metrics post-release to identify and optimize user experience and product performance
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Agile Scrum processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Strong analytical and leadership skills with the ability to work in a matrix organization
Experience in developing technical products and knowledge of the software development life cycle
4 to 7 plus years' experience
The candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to meet the role's eligibility requirements
Preferred
Prior experience in technology or software development industries
