Responsibilities
Coordinate electronic payments and process invoices for vendors and operational expenses
Support Accounts Payable functions, including freight-related and general business costs
Execute regular payment cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and applicable discounts
Handle customer reimbursements and commission-related payments
Perform vendor account reconciliations
Assist with electronic funds transfers, drafts, and wire payments
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Complete additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with accounting software
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including basic formulas and data management
Comfortable using 10-Key for numeric entry
Experience processing batches of checks or payments
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems like Great Plains is a plus
