Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across assigned verticals
Conduct market research, targeted outreach, and proactive headhunting
Present qualified shortlists and manage candidate expectations throughout the process
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Houston market and beyond
Conduct outbound sales outreach: calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals
Pitch recruitment solutions and negotiate terms with potential and existing clients
Collaborate with Sam to create and execute strategies for client acquisition and expansion
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Manage ongoing relationships, ensuring excellent communication and delivery execution
Understand client needs deeply to provide consultative guidance and ongoing support
Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM and ensure timely reporting
Qualification
Required
4+ Years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or 360 consulting
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to manage multiple searches and client relationships simultaneously
Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to grow at a desk with mentorship
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred
Previous experience with a staffing agency within energy, Oil & Gas, or construction is highly preferable!
Experience with business development or revenue-generating roles is highly preferred
Existing Houston market relationships or network
Experience with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing platforms
