Value Stream Manager - Airfoils & Composites (Onsite)

Responsibilities
Provide leadership and engage employees in the business through use of the CORE Operating System
Drive value stream improvements and business results through usage of supplier management processes to ensure the long term business delivery objectives are achieved
Support implementation of Long Term Agreements
Drive the team to actively use Procurement Manual/Standard Work
Responsible for development, overall delivery assurance, material planning (inventory management), supplier performance monitoring & surveillance, strategic supplier performance improvement, and supplier transition/cost management for all parts within the value stream
Ensure Export Control Compliance
Travel requirements vary between 10-25% annually
Qualification
Required
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field with 12 years of experience in supply chain or related field; or an advanced degree with 10 years of experience
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems or sites
