Analyzing operational performance to inform strategic decision-making
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in operations management, budgeting and organic growth
Experience in leading and managing teams while building a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence
Strong leadership skills in maintaining a compliant operations meeting high standard of quality
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business management, healthcare administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in an operational leadership position
Preferred
Experience in IDD preferred; however, will consider candidates with experience in behavioral health, skilled nursing or other healthcare services
Master's degree preferred
