They are hiring a Head of Production and Festival Operations to own end to end execution, responsible for planning, vendor management, safety, and show day delivery for large scale live events.

Responsibilities
Own the full production and operations plan for the flagship Miami event, and help build a repeatable playbook for future cities
Lead production budgeting, procurement, vendor selection, and contract negotiation across staging, sound, lighting, video, scenic, and rigging
Build the integrated production schedule, load in, rehearsals, show days, and load out
Own site planning and operations, layout, crowd flow, back of house, artist compound, VIP, guest services
Lead permitting coordination, compliance, and coordination with city stakeholders, venue partners, police, fire, EMS, and security
Own safety planning, risk management, and contingency planning, weather, evacuation, incident response
Manage staffing plans, crews, and day of operations leadership
Coordinate tightly with Talent, Partnerships, and Marketing to ensure production supports sponsor activations, artist needs, and audience experience
Establish operational standards, checklists, run of show discipline, and post event debrief process
Qualification
Required
8 plus years producing large scale live events, festivals, touring, or major venue operations
Proven experience shipping high production events with large crowds, tight timelines, and high complexity
Deep vendor knowledge and the ability to price, negotiate, and manage production spend
Strong safety mindset, calm under pressure, and high accountability
Strong communication and leadership, you can run crews and keep stakeholders aligned
Builder mindset, you can create systems from zero and scale them
Preferred
Experience producing premium hospitality environments and VIP programs
Experience with multi day festivals and multi stage builds
Familiarity with Miami permitting and venue ecosystem
