Responsibilities
Provide technical support for all conversion related activities
Provide technical support and assistance with data mapping exercise
Participate in mock conversions and work on related tasks
Perform data integrity verification of converted and migrated data
Identify data to be cleansed during mock conversions
Perform data conversion and migration testing (including application and reporting)
Perform data archival activities
Perform testing of technical solution for data storage, including retrieval and display
Translate requirements into technical design specifications
Complete complex development and configuration tasks in accordance with standards
Create unit test plans; develop and perform unit testing
Support integration, performance, QA testing and break/fixes
Perform tasks required for production cutover
Provide research, analysis and development support for PeopleSoft applications
Qualification
Required
Programming experience with data conversion, cleansing, mapping and integrity verification in PeopleSoft HCM (Core HR, Position Management, Base Benefits, eBenefits, Benefit Administration modules)
Experience using SQL against Oracle relational database for PeopleSoft tasks
Experience developing customizations, reports, interfaces, programs in PeopleSoft with PeopleTools
Programming experience using PeopleSoft Application Designer with PeopleTools 8.53 or higher
Programming experience with PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2
Minimum of one project leading a conversion team on PeopleTools 8.56 or above
Experience with Unit, Integration, Regression, User Acceptance Testing and creating test scripts
