Responsibilities

Conduct outreach to individuals and businesses as directed by the VP

Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community leaders

Attend community events and networking opportunities to generate leads

Provide information on credit union products and services

Implement membership acquisition strategies developed by leadership

Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and member interactions

Assist new members with procedures to open an account and onboarding

Coordinate outreach efforts with marketing and financial centers

Contribute to periodic reporting on growth and impact from activities of department

Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly reports for VP review
