Commercial Loan Administrator
CommunityAmerica Credit Union is a mission-driven financial institution seeking a Commercial Loan Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of commercial loans. The role involves overseeing documentation, compliance, and servicing of loans while providing exceptional service to business members.
Responsibilities
Oversee documentation, due diligence, and compliance for commercial loans
Manage pre‑closing, closing, and post‑closing processes
Service existing loans, including modifications, payoffs, and collateral changes
Partner with loan officers and relationship managers to support business members
Qualification
Required
5+ years in commercial loan operations or services
Strong knowledge of loan documentation and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
LaserPro experience
SBA loan experience
