Human Resources Intern
Flex-N-Gate is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join their dynamic Human Resources team. The HR Intern will assist with various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media
Help with the scheduling and coordination of interviews
Assist in reviewing resumes and conducting initial screenings
Support the onboarding process by preparing materials for new hires
Assist in organizing orientation sessions and introducing new employees to company policies and culture
Maintain and update employee records
Assist in tracking attendance, leave requests, and performance evaluations
Help organize and coordinate employee training sessions
Assist in compiling feedback from training programs and preparing reports
Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations
Assist with special HR projects as needed
Help prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, offer letters, and performance reviews
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Proactive with a willingness to learn
Possesses strong analytic and statistic skills
Has the ability to work independently
