Responsibilities
Process and send monthly customer invoices
Maintain AR aging per the company collections policy
Respond to client and internal requests regarding payment/AR inquiries
Process CC Payments
Review AR aging and apply credits/overpayments
Process AP bills via Bill.com
Validate daily batch payments
Process employee expense reports
Track and attach all receipts for AP
Enter credit card transactions
Enter AP ACH Transactions
Assist with month-end close duties as needed
Qualification
Required
An Accounting professional with 2+ years experience in Accounting
