Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers and search committees, assisting in end-to-end recruitment efforts for a wide range of positions
Bring expert industry knowledge, innovative sourcing strategies, and a consultative approach to help shape the university’s workforce—today and for the future

Qualification

PHR certificationAIRS certificationPeopleAdmin experienceLinkedIn Recruiter experienceHuman resources knowledgeState/federal law knowledgeMicrosoft Office proficiencyCommunication skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Thorough knowledge of human resources policies and procedures as well as principles and best practices of human resources
Thorough knowledge of state/federal law
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook)
Demonstrated knowledge of applicant tracking systems
Ability to recognize needs and resources and communicate recommended solutions effectively
Excellent verbal and written communications skills with creative problem-solving skills is necessary

Preferred

Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Certified Recruiting Specialist (CRS), or Advanced Internet Recruitment Strategies (AIRS) certification
Higher education and/or government experience
PeopleAdmin applicant tracking system experience
LinkedIn Recruiter experience
