They are seeking an experienced sales professional who thrives on opening new accounts, closing deals, and building long-term client partnerships.
Responsibilities
Prospect and open new healthcare facility accounts
Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, and outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
Meet and exceed new client and placement targets
Collaborate with recruiting and leadership teams
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide market feedback
Qualification
Required
Must have sales experience in Healthcare Staffing
2–3 years of healthcare sales and business development experience required
Proven hunter sales mindset with strong closing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (Healthcare, Business, or related field a plus)
Staffing or recruiting sales experience is a strong plus
