Responsibilities

Prospect and open new healthcare facility accounts
Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, and outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
Meet and exceed new client and placement targets
Collaborate with recruiting and leadership teams
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide market feedback

Required

Must have sales experience in Healthcare Staffing
2–3 years of healthcare sales and business development experience required

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred (Healthcare, Business, or related field a plus)
Staffing or recruiting sales experience is a strong plus
