MATERIALS EXPEDITER LEADER
USAJOBS is seeking a MATERIALS EXPEDITER LEADER at Hill AFB. The primary purpose of this position is to lead a team of workers in trades and labor tasks while ensuring that work is completed according to standards and requirements.

Responsibilities
Lead a team of trades and/or labor workers
Perform nonsupervisory trades and/or labor work that is usually of the same kind and level as members of the work crew led
Perform a variety of duties in expediting, coordinating, and supplying parts, tools, material and supplies for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and/or repair of production type machinery and equipment as well as mobile and engineering equipment
Locate parts and materials not available through normal requisitioning channels, transport critical items from sources of supply to destination, follow up on priority items on order, and take action to expedite delivery

This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Demand Reduction Program. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing
