CSAT Solutions LP is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Warehouse Clerk. The position involves performing data entry, managing material movement, and ensuring a safe working environment in the warehouse.

ComputerElectronicsTechnical Support

Responsibilities

Performs data entry electronically; reports daily material movement, purge requests, pre-alert entries, customer web entries, transfers, etc
Completes filing of material documents
Systematically records the movement of material from order request forms and/or transfer sheets
Systematically receives and verifies quantities of incoming materials
Performs warehouse duties such as cleaning, sweeping and organizing materials to maintain a safe working environment
Assists material handlers and other personnel in the movement of materials
Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department
May perform other duties as assigned

Data entry experienceWarehouse management systemsBasic Excel knowledgeManual moving equipmentContinuous improvement methodsEnglishTime-management skills

Required

Some knowledge of computer components
Able to use manual moving equipment including; pallet jacks, carts, etc
Email and written messaging with basic Excel knowledge
Must be able to work in fast-paced team environment with close supervision
Intermediate English abilities required
Ability to follow documented procedures, standards and policies
Excellent time-management skills
Warehouse environment (may not be climate-controlled)
Lift/carry up to 20 lbs
Push/pull up to 50 lbs
Stand/walk for 8 hours
Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and crouching

Preferred

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
2 or more years of data entry experience, preferred
Working knowledge of warehouse management systems preferred
Familiarity with continuous improvement methods preferred
