Lyra Technology Group is a private equity-backed holding company that invests in technology service businesses. They are seeking a Private Equity Operations Analyst to support value creation efforts, engage in M&A activities, and develop cross-functional skills within the finance operations team.

Responsibilities

Sit in our Chicago headquarters office as part of the Finance Operations team and support our Operating Companies to support value creation efforts, getting hands on mentorship from senior leaders and working close collaboration with a Lyra Regional CEO

Support new M&A activity with initial underwriting, valuation, due diligence, and onboarding

Learn the metrics and KPIs of our businesses, allowing contributions to platform-wide projects and initiatives

Develop cross-functional skills in areas like operations and people management

Work closely with our Leadership Team to better understand our strategy and how to executive

Required

Talented analyst with a strong motivation to learn about private equity operations and the technology business

Ability to build operational, financial, and management skills

Willingness to support value creation efforts and collaborate closely with senior leaders and a Lyra Regional CEO

Experience or willingness to support new M&A activity including initial underwriting, valuation, due diligence, and onboarding

Understanding of metrics and KPIs of businesses

Ability to develop cross-functional skills in operations and people management

Strong desire to understand company strategy and execution
