Responsibilities
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git.)
Hands-on experience with infrastructure management tools and technologies e.g., VMware, AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms
Experience with SAP solution manager, ITSM Remedy, Cutover, Release Manager, and Jira and Horizon tools
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python, or PowerShell) for automation and troubleshooting
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics, or Nagios)
Experience in creating and managing Change Requests (CRs) using Remedy
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes only)
Experience in automating environment provisioning and configuration management using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Chef
Qualification
Required
