Supporting the Risk Management Department

Providing logistical and administrative support to both the Risk Manager and the Risk Management Reviewers

Serving as the secretary for various committees, including scheduling and minute taking

Managing a variety of calendars and organizing/planning various events

Experience with database design, implementation, and maintenance (Excel)

Various other administrative support functions as assigned

Strong written and verbal communication

Ability to work independently and prioritize complex tasks and processes

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders and work within multiple systems

Excellent computer skills and flexibility
