Responsibilities

Perform research and monetary adjustment transactions in support of Adjustments operations
Managing case inventory effectively
Researching and resolving check transaction errors
Communicate/ correspond with branches, internal departments, vendors and external banks as necessary
Utilize multiple necessary systems and applications with proficiency
Proactively identifying and reporting operational and /or customer experience issues appropriately to management
Identifies quality or production issues and communicates them with management
Follow direction and execute tasks efficiently following policies and procedures
Always providing a positive customer experience
Maintain quality and production scores within departmental expectations
Identify and escalate issues to management as necessary
Positive role model for the team
Other responsibilities as assigned by management
Work with software applications such as Acquire, TRIPS, Imagesoft, and Fedline, SVPCO
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
At least 2 years of Data Entry experience
At least 1 year of experience within the financial or banking industry
At least 1 year experience using Google Suites or Microsoft Office
Preferred
At least 4 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
At least 2 years of experience in the financial or banking industry
At least 2 years experience using Google Suites or Microsoft Office
