Responsibilities
Browse our app and website for content opportunities and improvements
Work on content quality initiatives and tasks for existing and new selection
Identify systematic and operational problems then contribute to their resolution
Check the quality of selection received internally and externally through different moderation and quality tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement catalogue-related improvements efficiently
Provide regular feedback and actionable insights to improve catalogue quality
Qualification
Required
Ability to work on a custom schedule with flexible weekend days off
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvements
Deep understanding of product categorization and customer behavior
Attention to detail and ability to think strategically
Preferred
Native Arabic language required, fluency in local dialect is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Marketing or equivalent experience
2-5 years of experience in content moderation, translation, or e-commerce
Demonstrated experience in using analytics tools and content management platforms
Familiarity with marketplace dynamics and product discovery flows
