Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of prepress/automation/software developer specialists
Develop, maintain, and optimize Enfocus Switch workflows
Automate key prepress processes: job ingest, imposition, proofing, VDP, ticketing, print queues, invoicing, etc…
Collaborate with IT, production, and operations teams to streamline workflows
Train staff and champion best practices in automation and prepress
Track KPIs to determine where automation is helping or hindering
Qualification
Required
Hands-on expertise with Enfocus Switch (configurators, scripting, APIs)
Strong commercial printing background (PDF workflows, prepress automation, imposition, VDP, inkjet)
Leadership and project management skills
Preferred
Knowledge of Ultimate Impostrip, BCC Mailer, EFI Pace, or similar systems a plus
