Responsibilities
Execute purchase price allocations under ASC 805
Perform impairment analyses under ASC 350 and ASC 360
Support financial reporting valuations for audit and reporting purposes
Develop valuation models, analyses, and supporting documentation
Apply valuation methodologies and assumptions in line with GAAP
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors
Manage multiple valuation deliverables concurrently
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in financial reporting valuations
Hands-on expertise with ASC 805 (PPA) and ASC 350/360 (impairment)
Ability to independently execute valuation projects end to end
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Background in accounting, finance, valuation, or related discipline
Preferred
Experience with ASC 718 and/or IRC 409A valuations
Prior valuation consulting or public accounting experience
Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
