Crete Carrier Corporation is seeking an Operations Customer Service Rep to ensure excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders. The role involves interacting with customers, managing operational duties, and maintaining positive relationships to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Solicits outbound freight in order to manage network balance while maintaining a high level of service

Interacts with customers and addresses any concerns or issues

Forecasts potential customer needs and proactively works to address those needs

Responds promptly to customer inquiries and request

Processes customer orders with required information to properly pick up and deliver goods

Schedules all loading and unloading appointments

Tracks all shipments while under dispatch from pick up to deliver

Travels as needed

Establishes and maintains positive working relationships to meet or exceed customer expectations

Receives and carries out instructions

Manages regular and predictable attendance

Performs other duties as assigned
